The TSG3020 and TSG6020 are dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generators featuring DDS technology, 200 MSa/s sampling rate, and 14-bit resolution. The TSG3020 supports up to 30 MHz output frequency, while the TSG6020 extends to 60 MHz—both providing flexible and accurate amplitude control over waveforms, duty cycle, and edge timing.
