These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FNIRSI (fnirsiegypt.com) and your purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and prices

We sell test and measurement instruments within the Arab Republic of Egypt. All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We make every effort to display accurate prices, descriptions, and images, but minor differences may occur; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

2. Orders and payment

After you place an order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We accept cash on delivery and secure online payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability; if you have already paid for a cancelled order, you will be refunded in full.

3. Shipping

Delivery times and fees are described on our Delivery Information page. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

4. Returns and exchange

In line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the customer; for defective or incorrect items we cover it. Refunds are issued through the original payment method or another method agreed with you.

5. Warranty

All instruments are genuine FNIRSI products and carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.

6. Correct use

Our instruments are intended for engineers, technicians, educators, and hobbyists. Please read each product's specifications to confirm it fits your measurement range and application.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, text, and images — is the property of FNIRSI or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
